Cause – Fault in control loop:
– motor cables of two axes interchanged;
– error in the axis assignment;
– power module defective;
– resolver unmastered.
Monitor – Cyclic.
Effect – Robot remains motionless.
Remedy – Rectify the corresponding error in the control loop.
