KUKA Robot Error Code 1105 POSITIONING MONITOR <axis number>
Cause – Positioning window $IN_POS_MA has not been reached within the set positioning time $TIME_POS.
Monitor – When positioning.
Effect – Maximum braking.
– All active commands inhibited.
– The axis has the status “in position” after the message has been acknowledged.
Remedy – Enlarge positioning window.
– Lengthen positioning time.
– Check power module.
– Acknowledge message.
– Check manipulator.
